Accessible car parking refresh

We’re refreshing 53 accessible car parks across Bayside to improve accessibility and inclusion.

These minor upgrades will include new line markings, bollards and reinstated signposts to ensure our parking meets current standards. The works will not result in any loss of parking spaces.

Key features

Minor upgrades to 53 accessible car parks include:

  • New line marking
  • New bollards
  • Reinstatement of signpost

Timing

To minimise disruption, our rolling program of works will refresh accessible parking spaces in stages, beginning in October and continuing until the end of the year.

Car parks scheduled for minor upgrades will be signposted two days.

Impacts

Each car park will be temporarily out of service for approximately 72 hours.
