Nominations are open for our panel to help shape Bayside's future
Do you live or run a business in Bayside? If so, you’re perfect for our Community Panel!
We’re looking for 40 people to work together and help shape Council’s plans for the next four years. Each panel member will be paid $750 in recognition of their volunteer time and to cover any potential costs associated with their participation.
We want to ensure the panel represents Bayside. We’ve had lots of nominations already, but we need more community members to nominate who identify with any of the following characteristics:
- Male
- Aged between 18-24
- Live in Brighton
- Renting in Bayside.
You don’t need any special skills or knowledge to take part – just a willingness to work with others to consider the diverse views and needs of your community. You also need to be able to attend all eight sessions between February and May 2025.
