• A valid Visa or Mastercard to pay the $235.00 fee
• A copy of the certificate of title (no older than 90 days)

For Section 173 Agreement requests you will need:

• A copy of the Section 173 Agreement

How long does it take?

You will be provided with advice within 14 working days from receipt of this form.
