Book a vehicle crossing or stormwater tapping permit inspection

Use the below form to book an inspection once you have received a Vehicle Crossing Permit or a Storm Water Permit and before any excavation works are commenced. Please have your permit number ready. 

Requirements before booking

Step 1

A valid permit is required before an inspection can take place. If you have not yet been issued a permit then you will need to apply for a permit via the following forms:

• Vehicle Crossing Permit
• Storm Water Permit

If you have one of the above permits, please complete the following form to book your inspection.

Step 2

To ensure our inspector is able to gain all the required information, please arrange for the concreter/contractor completing the works to be available at the time of inspection.
