    Building a bright future

    Bayside is part way through a 10- year program to renew and expand early childhood facilities to give children access to the best start in life. From 2023, the Free Kinder Program will be available for all Victorian three and four-year-old children at participating services in both standalone (sessional) services and long day care (childcare) settings.
