How does a reverse cycle air conditioner work?
Reverse cycle air conditioners are made up of two units, an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. For heating, the outdoor unit extracts heat from the outside air and transfers it to the indoor unit with a heat exchanger and fan to blow the heated air around the room. To cool the room, the system works in reverse.
