Bayside City Council enters the election period
Bayside City Council has entered the election period in the lead-up to local Council elections.
As set out under the Local Government Act 2020, Council resources must not be used for electoral matter (other than explaining the election process).
During the election period, all published materials including our website must be reviewed to ensure they meet the requirements of the Act and our Election Period Policy. This may result in some delays in response times.
