Apply now for Annual Community Grants

We invite local not-for-profit groups that contribute to making Bayside a brilliant place to live to apply for a community grant. Grants of up to $7,500 each are available for initiatives by eligible groups that strengthen and enrich community life through the provision of an improved range of leisure, cultural, community development, environmental, health, education, sporting and welfare activities and programs.

How grants can help

The Bayside Toy Library received a $7,500 grant to establish Stay and Play sessions for parents of second and subsequent children. Toy Library Manager, Sally Hunter said the grant helped provide, “an excellent way to bring Bayside families together in a space where play is encouraged and parents can relax while their children are occupied.” To find out more visit: Toy Library

The 2023 Australia Day Award winning Nourish Program, which offers coffee, cake and social connection to Bayside members, is another former grant recipient.

Please note: 2023 grant applications opened on 3 April and close at 5pm, 10 May.
