Restart a Heart Training for Shocktober

Join Community First Responders Australia for a one-hour practical first aid session focusing on how to recognise and act in the critical first few minutes of a medical emergency, how to perform CPR and how to use a defibrillator. We will also have a member of the Shock Squad® share their story of surviving a cardiac arrest.

Shocktober is a month-long campaign to highlight the importance of learning CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
