Music & Movement for Wellbeing
Join this unique dance therapy program at Sandybeach Centre, designed to enhance well-being for those facing age-related health challenges including memory loss, mobility issues, and chronic illness.
There are 5 sessions in total, held weekly on Mondays from 14 October to 11 November. The cost is $100 for 5 sessions. Carers and support workers are welcome to attend free of charge.
The program features simple rhythm-based activities that promote communication, self-expression, and connection. After the session, enjoy a social afternoon tea with fellow participants.
Music & Movement for Wellbeing is proudly supported by Bayside City Council as part of the 2024/2025 Bayside Arts and Culture program.
Community events advertised or falling during the Council election period (17 September to 26 October 2024) are published following certification that they do not contain any electoral matter.
