Creating habitat for native pollinators workshop

Celebrate Australian Pollinator Week with our Creating habitat for native pollinators workshop. Presenter, Helen Charles from Friends with Honey, will discuss how to create habitat in your garden for some of our most important native pollinators, particularly our native bees.

No matter how big or small, your backyard is an important link in supporting local, native pollinators. You will learn how to identify pollinators, the best plants to use and how to create supplementary habitats such as native bee hotels.

Attendees will have an opportunity to make their own native bee hotel to take home. All material and equipment will be supplied.
