Special Meeting of Council

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Bayside City Council (Council) will be held on Tuesday 9 July 2024 at 6.00pm. The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, Civic Centre Precinct, Boxshall Street, Brighton for the purpose of considering the following business:

• South-east Metropolitan Advanced Waste Project.

This matter is to be considered in camera (closed to the public) in accordance with Section 66(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act), and pursuant to Section 3(1)(a) of the Act (confidential information), as it contains Council business information, being information that would prejudice the Council's position in commercial negotiations if prematurely released.
