Scout Leaders at 1st Sandringham Scout Group

Would you like to volunteer as a leader at 1st Sandringham Scouts? Leaders help support youth members in their progression through the various sections.

We have children from as young as 5 (school age) through to young adults across a range of sections Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers.

Our program is based on youth leading and adults supporting and our activities vary according to the interests of the youth involved and the sections they are participating in.

Everyone has something to offer Scouts! Although we love being in the outdoors toasting marshmallows by the fire, or be out hiking and camping, there are many other activities like scavenger hunts, cooking, craft, radio, construction and of course lots of games to play!

If you like to have fun, are patient, caring and interested in teaching/support then this is a great opportunity to help in the personal development of youth and brings a range of personal growth opportunities as well.

Training and uniform provided.
