Free Mindful art!

Are you are looking after someone with disability, a medical condition, mental illness or who is frail due to age, then we have a little treat for you!

With generous support of Community Bank Highett and Mulbury I bring you some fun creative arty workshops. Come along and learn some easy art techniques whilst enjoying a cream tea and chatting to other like minded members of your community! We will be doing something so exciting I can’t even tell you right now! (Don’t worry about being arty, just come and enjoy some mindfulness)
