Dance Movement for People with Dementia

Experience the joy of movement and connection in our Dance Movement program for individuals with dementia and their carers. Through simple activities, we create a space for expression, using rhythm and music to relax and reconnect. All abilities are welcome, with activities adapted to individual needs. As a carer support initiative this program provides a supportive environment for both carers and individuals with dementia. Please wear closed shoes for comfort and safety during sessions.
Belinda Stone Art Exhibition

In this exhibition Belinda explores colour palettes both calming and vibrant & explores staining on canvas and making marks into the paints using different textures. It teaches skills in emotion coaching to help your child develop skills of emotional intelligence. Children with greater emotional intelligence have been shown to be more resilient and have greater success in being able to self soothe when upset or angry, in making friendships, managing conflict, as well as a predictor of academic and career success.
