Refund for lost/departed pets

If your animal is deceased, has departed the municipality or has been missing for longer than three weeks, you may be entitled to a refund of your current animal registration fee.

Please write to Council - Bayside City Council, PO Box 27, Sandringham, 3191 - requesting a refund and stating that your animal is deceased, has departed the municipality or has been missing for more than three weeks and that you would like a refund.
