Adrian commenced employment with Bayside City Council as Chief Executive Officer in June 2008.

Adrian has 28 years experience in local government and the community sector. This includes over 20 years experience in senior management across a diverse range of metropolitan and regional local governments. Key career interests are the ways in which local governments improve quality of life and create opportunities for people in local communities and the power of Councils to represent their communities in all of their diversity.

Adrian has qualifications in social sciences and social work from Deakin University and the University of Melbourne.

The key strategy areas of Communications and Customer Service and Organisational Development report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Adrian is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of Local Government Professionals (LGPro).
