A New Art Exhibition at the Artrium Exhibition Space

Bayside City Council’s Artrium Exhibition Space will feature an exhibition of watercolours by several highly accomplished and dedicated artists from Friday 22 April to Tuesday 23 May, 2011.

The artists, known as The Beaumaris Art Group ‘Plein Air’ (outdoor), began painting together paint together over 20 years ago and are inspired to draw and paint by the spectacular bay, capturing impressions of the rocks, cliffs, beaches and birds - all the wonders that nature provides.

Visitors to the Artrium will enjoy viewing this selection of art works, mostly watercolours, by Lin Bastin, Rosemary Boyes, Valda Cuming, Margaret Demaine, Margaret Duke, Ulla-Karin Gibbons, Julie Hansen and Janette McGann.

The Artrium Exhibition Space is located at the Bayside City Council Corporate Centre, 76 Royal Avenue, Sandringham. Opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
